All work remains the property of X Window Solution until full payment is received. Once paid, the client owns the final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and will not share your business details, data, or project materials with third parties, except when required for service delivery or legal compliance.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel a project in writing.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services or digital deliverables.

X Window Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
